Art Show: Theodora Zavala In-Person
Theodora is an accomplished East Meadow artist with a BA in Fine Art from Queens College and a Masters in Elementary Education from Hofstra University. She has received numerous awards for her artwork, and is a member of several prominent art leagues. Theodora's background includes working as an illustrator for McCall Patterns, and she currently teaches Visual Arts for the NYC Department of Education, also enjoying teaching art to children during the summer, appreciating their spontaneous approach to creation. She is known for creating a dramatic compositions that evoke mood, mystery, and tension.
